ABSTRACT AND POSTER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Submission deadline – August 10, 2022

Abstract must be written in English.

• Title: Should be informative to the reader and limited to 20 words.
• Authors: Please include all authors’ first and last names, and use underline to indicate the presenting author.
• Author Affiliations: Please include institutional affiliations of all authors.
• Abstract: This section is limited to a maximum of 400 words.
• Funding: Report the source of funding received for research projects. If no funding was received, please put “N/A”.
• Conflicts of Interests: Any affiliations and/or financial interests that have a bearing on the content of your abstract must be reported. If there are none, put “The authors report no conflicts of interest related to this study.”

You may choose one of the following methods to present your abstract:

1. Oral communication (12 minutes presentation time, with .ppt)
2. Poster presentation (3-5 minutes presentation time)
3. Brief abstract presentation (without poster, 3-5 minutes presentation time)

The presenting author will be notified about the acceptance or rejection of the submission within 7 days of abstract submission. ICTCMT reserves the right to edit any information submitted to this site, and the right not to list information or document uploaded.
